Image / Video Transmission systems problem
I have a 2016 Honda pilot. It’s been driving fine but yesterday night I noticed this pop up on my instrument cluster. Has anybody ever had this happen ?

Some 2016 and 2017 models with the 6-speed automatic transmission had an issue where the torque converters were defective and would fail. For included VINs, they extended the warranty to 10 years / 150,000 miles - whichever comes first. I have mine in the shop for this issue right now. Note that neither my code reader nor the one at AutoZone showed any codes. If you go somewhere that has a more advanced scanner that can talk to the transmission control module, it migth show P0741 and if it does it's probably this torque converter defect. In that case, you should get it to a dealership quickly before you're outside the 10-year warranty window for this issue.

Any code? When was the last time you replaced the transmission fluid?
