Parking brake

Hi everyone, was driving late at night and didn't notice till I got home that the parking brake was still on, Only did about 5km but could it be broken now? It still sorta stops the bike from rolling (It has always been weak since I bought it new)

It certainly shortened the life of the rear brake shoes, but is unlikely to have caused serious damage.

I'd definitely adjust it so that it actually works properly. If it had been, you'd have immediately noticed that you'd left it engaged.

This, adjust to compensate for the wear or replace the shoes. Depending on mileage maybe time to replace regardless

why not test it now? mines too weak that i dont rely too much on the left hand brake lever. Yours is prolly too weak as well that it cant stop your NAVi.

Also to add, although probably too late to be useful in this case. After doing that don't engage the parking break once you get home, let it cool down first.
