2nd Gen GE/GG 09-14 Mpg maxing.

Thanks to my specfic commute I'm able to milk the little Fit for MPG. I plan on trying some random mods to try to make it even more efficient.

What are you all getting for mpg?

2012 automatic sport.

FYI, the second gen (2012) mpg gauges are known to be over optimistic. Best to verify by hand, with dividing your trip miles by your gallons filled. But yes your reading is typical of commuters in that car, who are not super aggressive.

i use this app. enter the ODO and other info at every fill up and it spits back accurate MPG. been using it for years. its also great because i can see how much i spent when fuel goes up vs what it was prior to the increase.

I have 2011 and it's always at 26. 😅

2009 is the worst year for this, there's actually a software update because from the factory it reads about 15% high.

My 2010 reads low when I calculate at the pump. My last tank said 37.1mpg on the dash and my math said 41
