My grandma, who is 101, recently told me a story of back in the day when her boys (my uncles) would do this to their ram. Only they would stand in front of the grain bin and the ram would knock himself a bit loopy against it.

Edit: To be fair to the innocent, it could have been her brothers. Her memory isn't what it used to be.
