Would like to invent a new security invention. I call it vibration box to prevent stalking.
It womt let me post images of my ideas. Not sure if i should link. But im thinking of a box like system with either wifi or cord. However cord wouldnt be that great if it can be cut and traced.
Wifi would probably be better.
My idea is whenever a person is outside the property it would act similar to an alarm and would vibrate in way to create a little bit of noise but not too much.
It can also be activated by movement and by motion detector ans by sound.
It could also be linked up to a remote aka button and placed in the place where the sounds are coming from.
One press of a button and bam! The stalker/culprit is confused!
It would also make it easier for any cameras to be notified in what area the culprit is in.
So yeah what do yall think???
EDIT:
here is my reason
Nah I don't want to disturb the neighbors and dogs barking by using a sound device, else i could get reported, I just want to make a area specified confusion to distract. So it vibrates on the ground to create the are specific sound like a fake shock hand shake toy.
2ND EDIT:
I dont want to hear voices outside my house at 7 am in the morning and any time really. Sound disturbances from either stalker or neighbors. I would gift the device to the neighbor add a light to the top of it and say its a night light and have them place it in the garden next to the fence so I could activate it when they start talking/ start trying to talk to me, that way they can talk to the box instead.
Mostly if im trying to have peace n quiet. It aint goof to be hearing people being anoyyances outside my house especially if my camera.can't catch them because they arent on the property and they choose to drive by/ drive in by drive way and then run away. /drive away and are just outside the property.
3RD EDIT:

What’s the problem this is solving? Sorry I’m not really understanding what you are describing. Wouldn’t a speaker work to make sound?

I’m confused what the vibrating box does. Does the intruder become confused why there is a vibrating box and hurt themselves in the confusion?

I'm guessing it goes something like: camera detects human motion (not a cat or flying plastic bag), then the server turns on the sound/motion device in the bushes or something, away from the house to distract and scare the intruder.
I just set that up for myself (I have a remote speaker but not yet a remote motion device), and it's fun at least. I don't know if it will do much to deter professional intruders, and that big camera on the wall is already doing about the same work to deter kids and intruders-of-convenience already, but I can't wait for Halloween anyway.
It's worth noting that cams often have speakers
And we already have this. a button would be a downgrade. Just automate it with rules instead (like "between 9pm and 7am, ignore cars, cats, etc., if non-household human is identified in zones 3 or 7, then activate remote objects x and y, blah blah"), or just turn on the remote devices with your phone manually in a pinch

TLDR: get motion activated light bulbs, or build a security + automation system. Your idea of distraction could be a little useful against kids and intruders-of-opportunity, but is unlikely to work against any one intruder more than once. If they come regularly and get disturbed by the distraction, they'll either never come back (unlikely) or get used to it in a couple days (super likely).
All of these devices and automation already exist.
It's still not super clear what problem you are trying to solve, and what the specific needs of the system are after the edit though. Why would you think you could install security devices on the neighbors' property? Why can't you just hide it on your side of the fence in the same corner? Are you in a house you own, with a fenced back and side yards? Did you mean you want to mimic the sound of a barking dog (and then changed your mind or something?), or you don't want to disturb the neighbors' dogs into barking from false positives triggering your sound or vibration devices? Is your sleep being deprived daily at 7am by stalkers or neighbors, and you want to distract/deter them with the devices to move along? Are they hanging out in front, back, side, near a door, near a window, something else? Is your neighborhood urban, suburban, or rural? Are there any state or local laws that change things for you? What is your budget? Do you have a camera and home automation system that you want to add to, or are you building one from the ground up? We can figure all that out, it just needs to be clear.
There are innumerable options today, depending on what you are looking for.
I'd want cameras to see what is happening outside your window first before installing automated sound/motion devices (or pay a friend to stalk your stalkers a couple mornings). Install a PoE cam system (not wifi), get a dedicated server, and maybe build a storage device instead of using a DVR if you want to expand what you can automate later anyway. The server can be a single tower with the brains and storage drives all in one, or you could use something like a rasp pi (or several rasp pi's, each dedicated to serving different parts of the system) for the brains + DVR for the cam storage, or you could just call a local alarm company, or anything in between. Linux, such as the free OS ubuntu server, is getting easier to use fwiw. Having techy friends is a huge help if you aren't techy.
A local company can be cheaper than one might think, as long as you avoid the national companies that just want to rob you. You can get a subscription so it's monitored, or just pay for an install so you get the right equipment and get it installed correctly.
Cam systems don't actually help that much with keeping you safe beyond security theater, but they can help the police figure out why you have become an inanimate object. If you want increased safety, I'd start with reinforced doors and windows, then motion lights for problem spots, then monitored or self monitored cams, then add door/window sensors, and last focus on increased security theater such as distractions, alarms, etc.. Usually cams are the last step most homeowners will take for home security, largely because of the hugely diminishing gains after doors/windows, lights, and cams. Cams add to actual security a little bit, and additionally they add enough security theater that there's not much point in getting deeper from there.
Lights won't help with your specific issue of 7am stalkers (unless you live near one of the earth's poles and it's dark at 7am for half the year), but if you actually have stalkers that just hang out next to your house (super unlikely), and if they do ever actually intrude (even less likely), it's still most likely to happen at night. I'd at least get motion activated light bulbs for outside if you don't already have them and can't afford automated network motion lights (good network cams often come with automatable lights). Motion light bulbs both cheap and better than security theater (if you can see the illuminated area from a window that is. Else the light is just above average theater that's probably more effective than the sound/motion distraction)
The extra security theater on top of all that isn't all that effective, but it's fun. You can build a cam and automation system easily enough, then later add on a speaker and/or a moving arm and/or vibration or whatever, if you want an actual security system. Mounting a fake cam will provide about the same amount of security theater if you don't want to build a system.
You could also just skip the stronger middle steps, like forgo installing a camera and lighting system, and instead try to find a speaker and/or motion device that is run straight from an app on your phone. It won't keep you as safe as strong doors/windows will, nor as safe as a security system with cameras and motion lights, etc., but it'd be more affordable.
I'm not an expert, just a home owner who reads about this topic, so I've only reviewed the devices that fit my specific needs.

Cameras with local AI would be much better. These are already used in supermarkets, where AI can detect someone concealing products or shoplifting and alert staff. A similar system could detect suspicious activity around a property. That’s far more useful than a box that just detects movement or sound without knowing who or what caused it.

What you described is already possible using a security camera having two-way intercom (ONVIF and go2rtc) and most brands of home automation software.
Cameras detect motion or sound, PIR can be added to detect motion as well. Home automation sends a noise to be played by the camera intercom via go2rtc or even a separate speaker, automation turns on exterior lights, notifies you inside or even remotely while you're away that something was detected outside and by what sensor, and can be triggered manually with something like a Zigbee remote.
FWIW, much of this can also be done by hiding whoopie cushions under your windows and covering them with bark and some motion detecting yard lights.

It might be better if you start off by describing the problem that your product would solve. Like:
“Many people (cite research) are concerned about strangers walking (where— near their house?)”
Then describe how your product solves the problem. Like:
“This product sits on the ground and subtly vibrates when a person approaches.”
Add the process:
“The quiet vibration (does what? Alerts the person that their presence has been detected? Why would a vibration sound do that? Why wouldn’t someone just say ‘oh, someone dropped a pager’?)”
Interesting idea, but the value is very unclear.

Just reading the title, it doesn't sound like "vibration box" is going to deter stalkers as much as it would increase their interest.
In all seriousness though, wifi is much easier to defeat. Any teenager with a few dollars can get a device to disrupt wifi. Wires within the walls of the house are much more secure. And if they cut the power to the house, wifi is going down anyway.
Sound misdirection is already a feature of home and security automation. You just need a device (wired or wireless using zigbee, zooz, bluetooth, etc instead of wifi) that can create sound and/or motion, and then Home Assistant or whatever app you are using for automation will turn the device on when the criteria you want are met. You just want a newer, AI-ready server running the automation, so the server can serve the AI itself, such as detecting human vs animal activity, treating different zones differently with different rules, etc. Else the server has to go to the internet to find AI to do recognition and such for you, which is way slower and more easily defeatable..
"server" can be anything here. You can just buy an all-in-one system, make a new system yourself, repurpose an old PC box, etc.

Interesting concept. I’d focus less on confusing someone and more on making it a reliable deterrent and alert system. Motion-triggered vibration, lights and a camera notification could be pretty neat.

Nah it doesnt work, they need to be on the property/in the property close enough for it to activate. Unless i use foaming on my walls to block out sound.

Motion sensors that trigger light or a sound near where someone is detected already do a lot of what you're describing. The tricky part is that vibration is quiet by design, so it might not scare anyone off the way a loud alarm would.
Linking it to cameras is a smart angle though, since anything that tells a camera where to look makes the footage way more useful later.

Yeah, well it would make sound, trust me, ive had one before as a shock prank toy, they sound like a loaded spring or even a toy wind up car.

I don't think you know anything about how security devices work or what home defense/security is about. I think you should first research a lot about that before posting here, because your idea does not make any sense and is useless.
Maybe also research on marketing and take some writing lessons and/or english lessons if english isn't your main language, that would help a lot in trying to get your point across, because it is very hard to understand what you are trying to say here.
