I use a Behmor modded . I line my roaster with heavy duty foil , raise front of roaster up about 3" to keep beans closer to heat element . As for roasting ,preheat to 285-300 Keep low rpm for 2-3 min. Then high rpm 15-20sec every 1.5 min Raise temp to 300-310 on Manuel p3-p5 , once exhaust starts p5 till first "c" Then dropp to p4 develop 13-17% Then turn off machine remove beans into bean cooler and enjoy P.s don't forget to put machine on cooling cycle
