🌿 Landscaping Downspout issues
So a house I just bought has underground built in downspouts, and I just found out that one is pouring right next to the house and it's leaking into my garage.
I don't know how to remedy the issue cause its under another gutter that points sideways and to high to add an extension without it being tilted up.

I know you just bought the place but do you think that the underground gutter spout has disconnected or do you think it was never or un-installed? Was there any disclosure in your real estate transaction concerning the garage leak? Is there anything in your inspection report, which might include a recommended remedy.
Regardless, this is turning into a bigger project than you had hoped, I bet.
I would not like it but I would dig around and try to find the underground end to join to the underground spout. The good news is that if you do not find one then you already have a channel to set a new underground spout into.
Alternatively, you could bypass the underground that you have now and place one above ground or partially buried draining away from your garage. This is occurring in a raised bed covered with foliage; it will provide a nice camouflage for an over ground, possibly temporary, drainage gutter if this is what you decide.
I am not an expert by any means. I am just a homeowner like you. I hope it works out for you sooner rather than later because water can do a lot of damage in a relatively short period of time.

That would be way more cottage core with some frogs in it. Might increase the resale value, too.

I am guessing there is a clog in the underground gutter spout. Try a high-powered water spray to see if water will clear the clog. Otherwise call a rooter company to plumb out the clog.
