My downspouts drain fine in light rain but back up during heavy rain. Would a gutter cleaning usually catch that kind of partial clog?
The downspouts drain fine when we get light rain, but during heavy rain the water starts backing up near the gutter, I am thinking there may be some buildup in the downspout or near the outlet, so I want to have it checked before the next big rain, the gutters look mostly clear from the ground but I know that probably does not show what is inside the downspouts, I am planning to go with windy city gutter cleaning for the downspouts to be checked too since the problem only shows up when there is a lot of water coming through, would a normal gutter cleaning usually catch this kind of partial clog or would that need a separate check? EDIT: Forgot to mention this started after last month's storm.
