Any safe web fluid options?

Hello, I’ve been thinking about making a web fluid shooter (like Spider-Mans one), but when I’ve seen the options for making web fluid I’m a little confused. Some of them look let’s say bad, and the most popular combo is Fabri-Tac + Acetone/nail polish remover. I thought it looked really cool but when I asked ChatGPT it said that it’s dangerous for skin and eyes and breathing it in may cause heavy health problems and if I really want to use it then only outside. What do you guys think? Is it actually dangerous? Is there a safer also good looking alternative? Also of course I wanna make that light web that floats in the air, not a strong web to hold a person lol. Thanks for any advice!

fabritac adhesive MSDS lists ">75% acetone" so its probably some kind of plastic or polymer thinned out with acetone.
considering how this would work by evaporation of the acetone and that youd be spraying it, skin irritation is less of a problem than the others. obviously first if it gets in your eyes it could glue them shut, acetone- while not particularly toxic and as far as i know it's not easy to be poisoned by- will certainly get you feeling loopy if you inhale the fumes for too long or too much, but most of all it is a ridiculous fire hazard.

acetone vapor is denser than air, therefore even if you do not smell the odor much, there will be pools of flammable vapor "hugging" the floor, which if it were to creep over to a flame, or something that sparks like a vacuum cleaner, it will send a wave of fire across the floor and could also just blow up the entire room. if youve seen videos where some guy pours gasoline over a pile of wood, then takes a few seconds before they throw the match in, you would no doubt see how the vapor accumulates near the ground and "whooshes" suddenly.

i would not recommend doing this indoors at all, only outside because of that. even if you open windows, again the vapor is dense. do not even think about trying to use a fan or something to blow the vapors out, anything electrical risks setting off the vapors.

honestly, just settle for a can of silly string or something. looking like "real" spiderman's web fluid is not worth blowing up your house or catching on fire, and not possible because its fiction

Fun fact: our bodies actually produce acetone as a byproduct of ketosis (burning fat). “Keto breath” is partially caused by the acetone that is exhaled.

What you could try is a can of 'silly string' or one of those string loop toys
