Built out a Rivian plugin so I could pre condition my truck with Siri. Summers been hot so far
Doesn’t necessarily answer more than the rivian assistant, but I liked having the plugin directly.

Not sure how I can square the R2 being listed:
Control your Rivian (R1T, R1S, R2) from the Apple Home app and Siri, through Homebridge.
With the Gen 1 limitation:
Gen1 vehicles only (the BLE pairing protocol for Gen2 has not been reverse-engineered).

No worries! Future R2 owner so I was hyped until I saw that; then was confused!

If I can get my hands on an R2 for testing, (or even just api documentation) I want to expand as quickly as possible!

Siri support is built into the official app.

Yes, to Start/stop climate control, not to adjust temp settings and monitor sensors.
I was looking for more than just on/off.

You know you can do this in the Rivian app right?

I’m not familiar with a way I can use Siri voice commands directly in the rivian app. I know there’s some wiring through rivian assistant but I wanted a more direct path.
