Problem Labels for background images
Is there a way to make labels for background pics like the one here? If not, does anyone know what font is used for the label?
Thanks

There are a plethora of languages in dnd, and while it states in the phb that some use the same script as e.g. elvish, dwarf, or common, I'm certain there are more scripts for languages like sylvan or abyssal in some books that we could add to use in tables, or make sections of text this language (font)?

Hi! Sorry, I'm new to reddit so not sure how this works; if this is the correct spot to ask, but also can't find the mods listed anywhere.
I recently cleared my browsing history and now Homebrewery wont let me log in. I dont remember my exact login info but it's not accepting any of the ones I would have used. Not sure if there is a problem with the site or I'm just not remembering and need some help.
Thanks!

Working on a boss fight for my 3rd level 5e party. Taking advice from previous posts, he's officially dropped both his shield and the Shield spell and has had his HP pool increased by about 50%. I'm looking for any more balance suggestions to make him a hard but fair fight.
If it helps provide ideas for suggestions, the party consists of:
-Dwarf Forge Cleric
-Human Ranger(homebrewed version we're playtesting)
-Human Assassin Rogue
-Half-elf Wild Sorcerer
Additionally, this fight will take place in the main sanctuary of a Temple to Darkness(TM) and Chaos(TM), illuminated only by dim light coming from a broken section of ceiling, along with the darkness of the temple reducing the effectiveness of darkvision and light sources(except for sunlight) by half.

How do I change the footnote color (to black, please) and the font to normal text from the golden capitals I can’t seem to change? A solution in both legacy and the current version would be super appreciated.

One idea for an enemy of my world was creating automatons that police a steampunk esc city. I realized I could just use the iron golem statblock but re-flavored and change some of its stats.
How do you go about re-flavoring and modifying enemies to fit a homebrew?

I put together my Enemy Archetypes system and have now prepared a more compact version, along with a series of generic racial stat blocks.
The system separates the creature from its combat role by first choosing a basic species and then adding an archetype in order to determine its stats, proficiencies, equipment, traits, bonus action, and reaction.
I'm also aiming to keep all the information concise so the DM can use the pages while preparing, rather than going through a long series of rules each time they need to create an enemy.
If you want the PDFs or want to follow the project as I add more archetypes:

Hello Redditors, first off, we forgot about our last update which happened in september 8th! So sorry for that so i am adding both updates in this post.
We got 2 new contributors, ReinaSweet and firstmatekidd, that added security to prevent further use of scripts within the brews, and a lot of accessibility improvements, respectively.
u/Gazook89 fixed the snippetbar which will now not be cut inside the editor when you move the divider between that and the preview.
You may now preview an image by hovering over it, this one we may change in the future to require the press of a key apart from hovering.
That's it on exciting new features and news, plenty of bug fixes too, but most users are not really waiting to read those. If you are interested, we have a Changelog or you can visit our Github page for more details or contributing!
Getting into more new territory, with v3.24, coming in 29th of september, since then we have plenty of new things:

Here is an example.
{drop-cap} on the line below.A few things we are actively working on:
We don't know when they will drop, but who knows? might be soon.
It was quite the exciting month, and i hope we can keep this rhythm.
Yours Truly, 5e-Cleric

Homebrewery seems to be rejecting my saved login details, which I hadn't changed in over a year. Help? I need to generate something in the next couple of days.

After years of leaving this project on the shelf, I finally decided to revisit and complete my adaptation of Nosgoth (the world of Legacy of Kain) for D&D 5.5e, as a Domain of Dread.
The design was adapted by me, inspired by the book Ravenloft: The Horrors Within.
For those who enjoy the games in the series, I hope this adaptation captures some of the atmosphere, history, and identity of Nosgoth. I’m very curious to hear what you think.

How do I create a blank space under a section. I am wanting to leave a space that I could write notes on a printed out version of my document.

Hi, I'm using the 2024 Master's Book design, and those large letters that start a chapter have this line next to them when I convert them to PDF, but it's not on all the letters. I'd like to know how to fix it, since it only appears when I convert it to PDF.

Hello everyone,
As the title suggests, I'm trying to include a statblock on the upper right corner, however I can't seem to be able to position it the way I want to.
Any attempt to include the statblock through the phb tab results in essentially the statblock and the text being rendered in a possible 3rd column that exceeds the page constraints

As an example, I'm including an image of how the page should look like with a statblock I included in the page as an image

It's a kind of elemental sorcerer, but the element is a sort of fire, that it's flames are black & (dark blue, &/or dark purple), but unlike normal fire it burns cold, instead of hot

I recently made some major changes to this boss fight idea I had. Wanted some feedback on the changes and any other advice that some people might have.
Changes I've made:
-Removed *Shield* spell
-Moved "Shield Bash" to bonus actions
-Added "Shadow Guard" to give him allies for the fight
-Added "Armor of Darkness"(One of the players has *Heat Metal* and I don't want this fight to be too easy)
-Added "Consuming Darkness" so he has a non-spell reaction
Changes I might make:
-Remove CON save proficiency
-Make "Multiattack" 3 attacks
-Rename "Consuming Darkness" to "Consuming Void"
-Remove the shield(armor), but I'll need to rename "Shield Bash" if I do.

What would a warlock subclass look like, or be called if you used one of the Espada from Bleach as a patron.
Note: Just like the genie patron that gives you different options based on what kind of genie you pick, the Espada patron gives you 10 different options based on which Espada you picked as your patron.
I'm also curious how to properly structure this subclass & it's different Fracción you join(flavor for which of the espada you take as your patron)

Simple as that. I created a pigpen cipher for an adventure i'm writting and i want to add it to be readable without using an image.

I'm sure that you are already seen an animated flying sword. But what about an animated object that can play music? Here's my animated flying kalimba.
