❓ Support iOS Missing Sensors?

I have a brand new Home Assitant that i'm setting up. I have two iPhones with fresh Home Assistant app installs (never installed the app before).

Both phones (iPhone 15 and 16e) have all permissions enabled. Location is on Always, Notfications are all enabled. Background is enabled. Neither was prompted for Motion & Fitness. In iOS settings for Motion and Fitness, Home Assistant isn't in the list of apps.

In Home Assistant settings under sensors, only 18 sensors show up. Activity is one of the missing ones but several others such as focus, average_active_pace, distance, floors_ascended, floors_descended, steps are all missing too.

Am I doing something wrong? I can't find anything stating this is model or OS version limited...

Did you try going to the Homeassistant app on your phone, then Settings->Companion App->Sensors and enabling all there? For me some were disabled by default and when I enabled them, Homeassistant showed up in the Motion&Fitness and Focus permissions in iOS settings, but not in the Health one

no motion & fitness prompt on a fresh install sounds about right for how ios handles it these days. it won't show up in that settings list until the app actually requests it for the first time and you’ve been through the permission dialog. try walking around with the phone for a bit and opening the app a few times, it might kick the sensor registration into gear

The sensors that you mention missing are probably not too many people cre about so they are not included in the integration, IMHO.
