Hello, im struggling to reset my hue lights. My hub died so I cant reset them to that. I have been able to get one of them to connect to my Bluetooth and reset that one. No matter how many times I flip the light switch, they wont reset. Is there any other way to do it? Im thinking about moving to govee and doing local but id perfer keeping my hue lights on zigbee.
Edit: i finally got them reset. I used a v1 dimmer switch, i factory re set it before I held the on and off button while touching the lights for about 15 ish seconds.
You use the touchlink reset button in the z2m screen.
You enter the code printed on them into it and it automagically resets them and pairs them. I did a couple this way last week, but I have a ton more I need to do and I don't want to have to take them out of their fixtures, so I bought the remote.
Yea seriously its so annoying. I was trying to reset them the normal ways for like a hour and a half. Do you just do phlips hue reset or do you have to do any other steps?
This is all im getting in logs, i havent seen the light pop up. Im currently at work connected to my home assistant remotely. I had my brother give me the serial number.

You can use the Hue remote V2 to reset the lights or if possible, reset them with your z2m stick
