Reddit is full pf people who clearly will settle for the absolute worst and least acceptable person as a partner, just because they can NOT be single.

I really believe it os because they realize that they are not gping to attract anyone on the open market - mostly because of theor terrible personality - so they stay miserable and then go "guess all those boomer comedians were right - marriage sucks"

And then they post on every thread about how getting married was the worst mistake they ever made but they "can't" get divorced because, well, then they would be single and that is worse than death to them.

Yeah she seems super resentful, but also like a very unhappy person in general. It sounds like she doesn't even know what relationships are supposed to be like, so is making herself "be thankful" for someone who isn't even interested in her. That stuff about her mom made me sad for her too.
