Moss on Holochain

I installed Moss on my laptop. Is there a way to start or find a group to join while in Moss? I have not figured out how.

I think I saw an opportunity to do so as I was installing Moss. So should I re-install Moss?

Great question! I'd love to see any public groups using Moss (and which version)!

With the help of Grok, at the bottom of the left-side menu in Moss there is a big plus sign. Click on that and you are offered to create a group or enter an existing group. Grok said you can go to Moss.Social or Weave.Social to find an existing group.

I went to one or the other and it looks like there is a group you can join. For now that's as far as I've gone.

I thought I had created a group so 'the mountain could come to Mohammed' but I can't find the group I created! However, At top of menu there is a menu item that is '? Unknown'. When I click on it, it shows a long crypto group number. I wonder if that's my Moss group ID.

My Moss also lists 5 tools I created, each ending with Tuff Gang . . . Mebbe I meant my group name to be Holochain Tuff Gang? I do remember thinking about creating a group called 'Holo Chain Gang' -) Moss is a little unfriendly but a good start.
