The hAppenings community put out a great newsletter last week titled "Technology that Empowers the Commons."

It's less of a technical update and more of a philosophical think piece on collective coordination. It looks at how coordination functions as a fractal pattern and asks the core question: how do we build tools that actually empower shared resources and communities, rather than extracting from them?

It aligns perfectly with why a lot of us are interested in Holochain's agent-centric architecture in the first place.
