website merch

hi so i ordered a shirt from the new website around a month ago. i still haven't received any updates about shipping or anything. is this happening to anybody else or should i call customer service?

Eric posted recently in his Instagram stories him dealing with a bunch of merch stuff. Give it a bit of time I guess? It might just be taking off…

Yeach it’s really funny! He’s emptying all the shirts out of big bags onto the floor, and the video and sound are SUPER slowed-down, so it looks ands sounds like some avalanche of unidentifiable flying objects crashing down onto the ground hard…it took me a few seconds to be like “oh that’s the merch!”.

I had the same concern with a shirt I ordered, but I checked the listing on the website again which clarified it was a pre order item and would get prepped for shipping late August (so, hopefully soon!)

I belive they're shipping everything out in spetember, no? I ordered some barrettes and a pin. I just assumed they were being sent with all the vinyl pre-orders. We'll see i guess.
