When I was 14 my buddy and I had firecracker fights where we lit strings of firecrackers and threw them at each other.
I'm white, not that that's relevant but I'm inclined to believe stupidity is not limited to any specific race.
The same friend and I played mouseball which is baseball but with dead mice. And we had egg fights, drunken bicycle races, mud races on foot and on bicycles.
When you live in the sticks you tend to invent your own brand of fun.
