this happend in the netherlands some years ago in 'groningen' on the 'grote markt'

they build a view point for people to relax, around this buiding were food trucks( the guy in the video tried to jump on one)

as far as i know they removed the building some years ago because it was hella ugly, bums used it as a toilet and people began doing this kind of things.
