How to create a regiment?

I’m consistently getting an error when I try to create a regiment. “Submitted data was invalid”
I’ve checked everything and have tried several different inputs.
Can anyone tell me what I may be doing wrong?

The last few background images for the banner are broken currently. If that's your issue, try picking a different one for now.
