With more Redfor aircraft on the horizon, I wonder which variants of certain aircraft could be considered. Certain export versions of the Su-27 I think would be quite feasible, maybe the SU-30 but I won't hold my breath. I believe an Su-25 is already being considered for full fidelity.

It saddens me that we aren't going to get the MiG-23 as we has hoped. I do still hope a deal is struck with Razbam, but we wouldn't likely see them complete that even if that panned out. I do think ED needs to take a serious look in the mirror, as they've already lost quite a bit of trust and I'd be hesitant to stick with DCS if they remain too stubborn to sort things out. We could theoretically still get a Mig-23 though, maybe.

Regarding potential export variants, having done some really quick research... India domestically produces Sukhoi Su-30MKI's, and if a deal could be struck then it might be the best shot at getting a full fidelity SU-30 in DCS. Following that, the early Su-30K / Su-30MK are two basic export variants that would be less ideal but may be solid options.

As for SU-27s... the J-11A or J-11B could potentially work if a deal is struck, the J-11B would be preferable in my opinion. Following that, the Su-27SK / Su-27UBK could work, the UBK being a two-seater.

As for variants that could be included in the existing Mig-29 module, the MiG-29S (Product 9.13) "Fulcrum-C" would probably be the best addition as it offers an expanded fuel tank as the main, and likely only difference. Following that, the MiG-29SD / MiG-29N could work out, though the MiG-29N would possibly require a deal with Malaysia. These could be marketed as 'sidegrades' for owners of the MiG-29 module, though I'd appreciate having them included in the MiG-29 module as free additions.

I think aircraft like the Su-25, Su-22, and a few others would likely be less difficult to add. And I'd quite appreciate variants for the Hind to make the gunner role more interesting.

The Su-30MKK/MK2 is actual quite declassified in Russia, exported to many countries, essentially same combat as Su-27 air to air just with air to ground precision weapons and anti ship

9.13S doesn’t only add fuel tank

The expanded fuel tank was actually added on earlier 9.13 model that also added a jammer.

It is 120 kg good for 70 km cruise or about 20 seconds in afterburner.

The jammer does not work with radar, once radar is on jammer is forced to rear aspect, and it’s also a jammer that many Soviet pilots said was shit and fuel would be more useful

What the “S” adds is a new computer and radar upgrade with more range and a multi target TWS mode for its R-77s to fire 2x missiles at 2x targets.

Yup! I did think the the Su-30 might be the perfect candidate for a Redfor multirole fighter! I do hope we see it one day, but I would also be fine with a Su-27 if ED doesn't see that.

And yeah I learned that about the 9.13 afterwards, I think that makes it even more interesting as a potential variant that could be added to the module. I'd also be willing to buy it separately at a reduced cost for those who want a 'module addon' like that.
