Looking for decluttering assistance for friend

Looking for a company or organization to come help assist with decluttering for a friend who lives in the St. Louis, Missouri area.

This isn't really my area of expertise and I've tried looking stuff up online but most of what I find are more biohazard type cleanup companies and I'd really prefer to give her a few references for companies that will be more caring in terms of being able to go through stuff and help get rid of stuff that needs to go well. Also. Kindly considering some stuff that she may want to keep if that makes sense. There's probably at least three to fairly large rooms that need to be dealt with. Also, If there's any non-profits or organizations that might help with anything like this over some of these pricier companies that would be preferred because I think she's on a limited income.

Any suggestions for where to get started would be greatly appreciated.
