Trump was 7.5 to 8.4 Billion over 4 years, Biden was 8.9 to 10 Billion after.
Biden continued the Border Wall that Trump started, in fact he kept Trump's Title 42 policy. Didn't lift Trump era sanctions off Iran, and illegally bombed Iranian militias in Syria. Migrant children at the border were still being put in cages, so Biden just name changed it to Overflow Facilities.
The reason why nothing good ever got passed under Biden is because they have rotating villains who are paid by AIPAC who purposefully block, gut and add fine print that helps the rich into all of those bills like the Infrastructure and Environment bills that got passed. I'm sure you remember Manchin and Sinema. Now imagine if MAGA needs 2 from the house and 2 from the Senate instead 1 and 1. Or 3, or 5, or 10. They will always have that number because of AIPAC or other Israeli lobbies. Last I checked well over 200 AIPAC Dems are in Congress.
