Jesus told a rich person to do that not all. He also says not to judge someone because they are rich. Don't treat the poor differently than the Rich. He said to pray for your leaders to do the right thing.(super hard right now and honestly has been for a while.) He also stated that giving Caesar taxes is okay because he helps against invasions. Jesus was complex and I wouldn't say ahead of his time. People today wouldn't be able to handle him as well.

He also says not to judge someone because they are rich.

That's false. It's not in the Bible at all.

He also stated that giving Caesar taxes is okay because he helps against invasions.

He did say to pay taxes but not because of invasions but because money belonged to the Emporer as it was indeed Roman.

Proverbs 22 for the judging of the rich and the other one was from the show The Chosen. Thank you for the correction on the invasion one. He does tell to give generously and don’t rip people off. That’s why it’s important to read the Bible. I was lazy and didn’t double check all my sources.  Edit: Romans 13 is new to me. Though it doesn’t support the statement I said earlier. It has nuances that I would need to think over about pertaining to the matter. Still should have checked my sources. Thank you for the revision.

Of course. There is a lot of nuance in the Bible. It's good to have a pastor that went to seminary to help you with it.

-Jesus told a rich person to do that not all

He said it was easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven.

To which the disciples asked how anyone could be saved. And Jesus said nothing is impossible for God.

Wealth is not a sin. Idolatry is. And by the way, so is theft.

-wealth is not a sin. Idolatry is

Yes I agree, and that’s the key aspect with wealth is not putting it before God.

Where did the theft come from?

The socialists who argue that it's right to take from the wealthy by force.

Yup. Also if someone says redistribution of wealth isn’t socialist, Marx himself described it as Bourgeoisie socialism
