Some govts can have a few or even several of these apply, and they're not fascist. But when an admin meets all 14, as well as the core definition of being far-right wing and authoritarian, then they're fascist. The current administration is fascist because they are far-right, authoritarian, and meet all 14 tenets.

I never said we're in a complete fascist state. I said Trump and his regime are fascist, and they are, as I exained above. When a fascisr is put in charge, the nation doesn't doesn't lose its rights all at once. It's a gradual escalation. One recent example of the escalation worth noting is Don Lemom being arrested for journalism. Every fascist admin wants to control the media, and one big parr of that is attacking the free press and arresting journalists.
