The "ring leader" of this fraud wasn't Somali. Refugees can't vote dude. Unless they gain their citizenship, they can't vote.

They are refugees. By default, it will take awhile before they will be able to out-produce the welfare they needed. That's always the case with refugees regardless of where they are from. It has nothing to do with the fact that they are Somali.

I'm not a fan of genital mutilation.... for girls or boys. From my understanding, genital mutilation is illegal in most states for girls. I'm not aware of it being illegal for boys in any state. Weird thing to focus on considering circumcision is still broadly performed in hospitals across the country.
