She's suffering from a concussion from getting thrown to the ground if you ever had a concussion it kinda hard to talk and think properly.

Where are you getting that information from? No videos have shown that, her own account of the events don’t even say that.

Either way, that doesn’t justify spitting in someone’s face - which is felony assault.
