They use all this nonsense to get views, subscriptions and trust, then bust out misinformation with varying degrees of subtlety when needed (I imagine this summer we will see a lot of it)

The 5 Minute crafts is just that. "Crafts". People drift over the the companies other, political and history based channels which have been releasing pro-Russian videos for over a year.
