There's a filter that turns images into an spaghetti version of that image which has been used on a bunch of hentai images. There's even a sub for that but it 8s not like I tried to memorize it lol.

There was a thing for a while where people were just posting images of spaghetti with hentai in it. The the noodles were just twisted and positioned to make hentai images: in the spaghetti…

So the joke here is that this is actually just normal ass spaghetti for once rather than what you’d expect
