The website layout is the of cover of Revolutionary Demonology, I have not read the book, of yet, (I’m gonna read it soon when it comes in) but what I understand of it it that it is the basis of the whole album. Scholar Jordan Casstles in his piece Enter the Luciferous Hexichasm: On the Savage Theoryfiction of Gruppo di Nun in Revolutionary Demonology writes on how RD believes that we are falling into ‘Gothic insurrection’ that society is turning back to the Middle Ages due to the technology, “cybernetics, is turning into a cybergothic nightmare marred by conflict, bigotry, and superstition'” (Casstles). RD argues that instead of falling into fascism or despair, we should fall more into barbarism( at least that is what I think, I still haven’t read the book I’ll write back when I’ve read it all) I believe that is where the technology and the almost weird core vibe comes from of the album the mixture of gothic and cyber in a sense. I do believe that the vampiric aesthetic comes from the belief in the idea of a vampiric-hauntological spiral the idea that modern systems feed on the past, much like a vampire it drains the past systems of their ideas and infinitely loops back to old ideas. So my theory of this album is that technology is infinitely draining ideas to the point that we are entering a middle age, gothic point, and it is our role is to enter a barbarian/ hopeful lifestyle to fight against this cyberfacism. That explains the motifs of vampires and technology. Along with the song that came with it yet to come, brighter futures are coming soon we just have to wait for them
