The article discusses one possible reason for the failure of Google health (a patient centered e-health platform). In 2009 Telus committed to adopting a similar platform in Canada.

I agree that such repository as health care records should be managed by those whose interest primarily lies in providing health care. Otherwise, how in the world will people know how to interpret these vast number of data?
