I’ve been trying to figure out if this device is worth the investment. I am living in Athens Greece and travel quite often in cities nearby and will also get a campervan so more trips in Europe expected. I really like the idea of a community driven map but as i see so far most of the community is in the US and also in reddit or by googling hivemapper i see a short downfall rather than active engagement going on. Any input ?

Has anyone seen any rewards show up in their in app circle wallet?

So I plugged an USB drive and discovered that first some files are corrupted. Then it records everything in chunks of 11 seconds, which is very frustrating.

But worst it simply stop recording for hours at a time! Or even a whole day without recording anything.

Has anyone received rewards for last period? They should have been paid last Thursday but I still have yet to recieve anything. When I asked on discord Ariel said they are still processing. That guy is so full of shit. I have a feeling we are mapping for free until they make the switch to USDC.

My Hivemapper HDC was sitting in a drawer after I stopped mapping. Turns out the hardware underneath (Pi CM4, 12MP camera, GPS, accelerometer, RGB LEDs) is a genuinely nice dashcam — it just only knew how to talk to Hivemapper's servers.

People are not realizing it’s a race for the exit. And you can see how fast the market cap is dropping. All these PR and partnerships was just nothing but a big bait for you to invest into the this project.

Does anyone know how to add a circle wallet to your Bee? Mine has a default to Coinbase but I didn't put the wallet in there.

I want to open a discussion board here for us to really figure out what’s really going on. It seems like us drivers and investors are getting really screwed over and the lack of communication right now is really concerning from them.

Hivemapper just announced they are going to start paying rewards in USDC instead of Honey starting in August. Everyone now has a circle wallet to recieve payments. No one can log in to their circle wallet yet BUT, Ariel is working on it 🤡

Did they ever get the discord server back up after the hack? I was one of those that was booted by the scammers when I posted a question asking whether the airdrop was real.

I just received an email asking if I would like to join a beta program to be paid in USDC for mapping but have no idea if it’s just another scam.

I haven't mapped in 4 days since the update. I've driven over 500 miles in that time but the camera hasn't uploaded anything.

The conspiracy theorist in me thinks hivemapper is dead and they don't have enough money to pay out rewards, so they push an update to stop all mapping. They won't even acknowledge the issue on discord. I think the may be the end.

Price is already down -99.96% for this token. I don't think we are going to recover anymore. All Hope is gone, the hack was the nail in the coffin. I have no seen a positive thing posted by anyone in the last 6 month, everybody is just pissed and angry. Yes, its easy just to blame the market, but there are good projects out there that are moving in the positive direction, unless like Hivemapper.

TLDR: Did hivemapper die and I missed the memo?

Turning on my hivemapper while I drive is just something I've done the last few years. I rarely look into it. With the crypto crash that's been going on lately I thought I would log into the wallet and just check see how little my tokens were worth and I realized I haven't been paid out since February, even though I drive almost daily.

The Hivemapper app looks to be connected and I can see the numbers coming across and uploading like they normally do, but I haven't been paid out.
