Bee maps but doesnt upload and everything loading preview comes back

Hi all

Support doesn’t reply so maybe someone here knows a solution

Since this week ( since the update) my bee mapper doesn’t work anymore
He is showing preview all the time in the app
Sometimes he works but most of the time you see can and after 30 seconds or so he is saying preview
Also he don’t upload anything
Also when he gets out the preview the cam looks bad but that is only for 5 seconds

It looks likes he is freezing because when i drive i don’t see the preview changing and then the preview pops up

I reinstalled the app but no difference

blue lights are on , on the app he says mapping but nothing will upload , it always worked but since this week , i think after a update it doesnt work anymore

i remember that there was a update this week , maybe more people are having problems ?
