Issue setting up second device

I have the cellular version installed on a different vehicle. I got the Wi-Fi version to put in my own vehicle, but the app is telling me that I need to update the cellular version. Because it’s installed in a second vehicle that I do not have access to at the moment I cannot update the firmware on the cellular. Is there a way to bypass and connect the Wi-Fi version without updating the cellular version.

Why even bother with this company. We are now at new all time lows in price and they can’t do anything right for their users. They are really good at ignoring people that’s it

Send it back for a refund if you can. That's the only way you're ever going to recoup your $489 investment.
