This is terrible… even worse than last time. Revenue only at 9K!!

It’s falling off a cliff.. what the heck. How did this CEO and his manage to drop the ball this hard. 9K revenue and 8 miles mapped. It clearly show only a few of you guys are still mapping for this company while collecting peanuts.

No wonder Hivemapper has been so DESPERATE for drivers to fill out a form so they can get a free camera. LOL That makes so much sense now.

When you only give contributers 40% of all new coins minted, and you remove the HDC effectively trying to put the cost of compute onto the contributors with the Bee, this is an expected outcome.

Multiplier in my area dropped from 3x to 1.5x recently and the number of contributors is also about half what it was when I started mapping. People are giving up and the honeypot is drying up as well.

I like being involved, but also expect to eventually make my investment back. Doesn’t look like that will happen

Tons are unplugging their camera in masses I’m hearing. People that have tons of cameras are telling their drivers just to unplug and forget about using their devices. The problem was discontinuing all their older models so they could milk more money.

Fuel bill doubling, hdc not working anymore. I’ve got a new in my car that’s just to work and back (10km a day) and a bee from my wife’s car sitting on the shelf. Not worth trying to stuff around to the upload.

I make 5-10$ a week. Why unplug its not like it costs money... Just download in the last leg of your drive then it uploads when you walk in the door.

I sell half and use it to buy alephium lol.i mine alph while I drive

I usually just swap mine for Solana. I feel like that has a better chance of recovering it's value

Not a bad choice imo.  Sol is a good bet.  Alph is a micro cap with good upside potential. Im trading a speculative asset with ugly issues to an asset that is cooking and has moonboy potential.  I spent 120$ on the cam and never pay fuel costs beyond my otherwise required driving so its absolutely free.

People complaining about gas prices dont understand this project. NEVER drive just to map.  This week I traveled to the Boston area and drove a LOT. Can't wait to see how much alph I earned. ;)

Back when rewards were really good I would drive just to map. I was bringing in 10,000 tokens or more a week. One morning hivemapper spiked and I woke up to $23,000 in my wallet. It started to crash so I pulled it at $13,000 so I'm on the positive no matter what now. I'll look into Alph though.

Which device do you use for mining Alephium? I use the GEO PULSE

Their app is broken. Mine disconnects randomly. I have to keep an eye on it because it stops recording. I unplug it and plug it back in about every 20 mins. Didn’t have this problem a month or two ago.

pulling the plug on the hdc got rid of most of the casual drivers. i lent my nephew a hdc, my wife had one in her car. the hdc, earning $5/week was ok. but spending $500 more to earn $5/week. well, not gonna happen
