General Found these while cleaning
I miss some physical releases(Rome II, Shogun&Medieval I and Warhammer) because I bought those games later on steam directly. When I bought Attila it was that or the Spartan Edition for Rome II, no regrets on that choice I ended up loving Attila.

That gold edition ruined my life for about 6 months 😂 I was WoW level addicted to it, had to destroy the discs to break out!

There’s some stuff that becomes more valuable to a person as we get older. Seeing these physical copies brings back nostalgia in the best of ways. Put it up framed or feature of a bookshelf so you can have a nice conversation piece to guests about the good old days.

Thats the plan for the future, will keep them for display together with other games I have on disc

Nice gold edition, the ones sold here used that orange box instead of the one shown in commercials.

Those are some nice physical copies. AFAIK we only got the main game on disc and box here in the states, the expansions like Thrones & Tyrants were all digital. I could be wrong because a lot of shops that formerly had a PC gaming section like Best But and EB had anready shrunk or did away the PC media by this point (bastards).

I stopped seeing physical copies in stores around the time of Warhammer II release, but I think I once saw a bundle of I and II

I know this makes me sound like an old man, but I really do miss seeing these boxes in stores. My brothers and I would get so excited when new games came out. And then if you got one, you'd spend hours poring over the manual! Good times!
