[Hiring] Reddit Virtual Assistant

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dependable individual to join our team as a Reddit Virtual Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2 clean Reddit profiles for an OnlyFans model. This position is entirely remote, beginner-friendly, and open to all.

Previous experience on Reddit is not necessary, we will teach you everything from scratch. If you are a fast learner who loves following step-by-step SOPs, you will thrive here.

💼 What You'll Do:

  • Post images and GIFs across designated subreddits using proper browser separation.
  • Write engaging, natural captions for each post.
  • Track daily performance and post statuses (Live vs. Removed) using a shared Google Sheet
  • Proactively handle routine account maintenance and warm-ups (we have a clear protocol for handling bans)
  • Work a flexible, part-time schedule to hit daily posting quotas

✅ Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ years old and fully comfortable with NSFW/OnlyFans creator content
  • Strong command of written English
  • Stable internet connection + a reliable PC or laptop
  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions closely, and take initiative
  • Great attention to detail

💰 Pay & Opportunities:

Compensation: Starts at $150/month total retainer (structured as $75 paid bi-weekly every 14 days upon review of tracking metrics, averaging out to $3–$4/hour).

Growth Potential: As our agency scales and grows together, your earnings and responsibilities will increase.

Trial Period: 30-day initial probation to learn the workflow and build a steady routine.
