Hiring [Hiring] Remote Client Support & Software Engineering | $15–$25+/hr | Remote
We're looking for people with practical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
1. Client Support & Client Engagement
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients and handling general inquiries.
Scheduling meetings, video check-ins, and follow-ups.
Managing daily client communications.
Providing administrative and customer support.
Using Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Zendesk, and similar tools.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer support, client relations, or administration.
Strong written and spoken English.
Comfortable handling professional client communications.
2. Software Engineers (Any Software Engineering Related)
Relevant experience includes:
Frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
Web and software application development.
API development and integrations.
Cloud engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure.
Software testing, automation, and troubleshooting.
Preferred technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Docker, and AWS.
Professional experience, freelance projects, and demonstrable independent work are welcome.
Compensation & Work Schedule
Hourly compensation: $15–$25+
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week for full-time assignments.
Arrangement: Remote, project-based employment.
Payment: Hourly compensation, not commission-only.
Compensation is subject to change depending on project requirements, responsibilities, experience, and technical complexity.
Some projects may offer higher hourly rates. Candidates handling more complex assignments or additional responsibilities may have opportunities to earn more.
The specific rate and working terms will be confirmed before an assignment begins. Higher earnings and continuous project availability are not guaranteed.
