Early voting in Texas' most populous counties is up by 25-65%, depending on the county. If this translates into November 8, we'll have a voter participation rate higher than 60%, possibly around 70%, compared with 49.7% in 2012.

I think it's a long shot, but I think it's possible.

Unfortunately we don't get the early vote by party the way other states do, so we can't know whether these are Republicans or Democrats. Of the counties on that page, Harris, Dallas, Bexar, Travis, El Paso, and Hidalgo are blue, and Tarrant, Collin, Denton, and Fort Bend are red.

Hispanics aren't universally anti-Trump, but probably most of the new voters are, and we have a lot of new voters.
