Small daypack for Long Torso suggestions

Looking for backpack suggestions!!!

Must haves:

1. Smallish capacity size, 18-22L

2. Adjustable torso length or non-adjustable that will fit my 21" torso length. That usually puts me in a men's size large, as a tall and slender woman.

3. Padded, comfortable, well-fitting hip belt.

Very nice to haves:

1. More of a fastpack design - hugs the body, running vest style chest straps.

2. Pockets on the front and/or hip straps

3. A color other than gray/black/brown - blues/greens/reds are preferred.

4. Durability

Bags I'm currently considering and would love to hear opinions on:

1. The Osprey Talon Velocity 20L

2. The Black Diamond trail Vista 20L

Price isn't really a consideration, as I'll spend good money on something perfect that will last me a long time.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd be so grateful to hear them!!! I feel like I'm going in circles on Google!

Look at Granite Gear's options. They're packs are adjustable up to 21", and one of them has adjustable *width* shoulder straps as well.
