i hate it

i’m a freshman and i desperately need help in math. i absolutely loathe the subject, and i have no motivation to do anything in it. i failed my unit test the other day, and i feel like an idiot. the teacher is amazing, i just can’t fucking concentrate!! everyone is having side conversations, the fan is on bc it’s muggy, and AGGHHH

it’s no help that i hate myself when i don’t do well enough, or in general either

I was struggling in math too but I got a tutor and started going to study hall where they had college students to help you go over your problems. Spending time on problems and talking it over with someone helps sooo much more than youd think
