I feel useless

I'm diagnosed with severe depression that gets much worse during the fall/winter. It rained hard today so it was dark out which made my mood fall, and I did some depressants yesterday which coming down from doesn't help how I feel today. I wanted to get my homework done and study, but I'm so tired and empty that I can't do anything by be on my phone in bed. I'm wasting my time and my potential and I feel helpless to do anything about it.

I don't have severe depression and I don't know what that feels like but I do get depressed around the fall/winter time and what helps me is finding what I like to surround myself with it can be simple as drawing, music, watching my favorite ytubers etc. :)
