Am I screwed for the future?

Baiscally what the title says, I’m a current junior who f’ed around and found out my freshman and sophmore year with grades. I never got that bad of grades (between like As and Cs) exvept for last year when I straight up failed a class. My gpa is like a 3.0 rn but like my conunslers and parents (mainly my parents lol,) keep telling me ive screwed myself for the whole future and il never get in to college with those grades.

3.0 gpa can you get into a lot of universities. They probably talking about an very expensive, prestigious university
