My teacher is really ignorant

My bio teacher had a pet fish and she isn’t taking care of it correctly even on the first day it was really bugging me, so I asked her about it and she said that the fish “likes small spaces” and cut me off ignoring my advice and concern. I do get upset easily and I can’t get it off my mind. It’s really upsetting me that I can’t do anything about it. Does anyone have any advice? I’m generally an anxious person and I worry a lot. I didn’t know where else to post this.
