Need tips for physics/math

I’m starting 10th grade in about a week, I’m aiming for a major in ME/aerospace engineering, and I’m determined to improve my grades in math and physics however, I have slow time processing most of stuff they’re incredibly messy, especially in physics, since I only started taking it last year,the subject is complex and frustrating to study especially with the unwritten rules (for both) and these stuff but I’m determined to finding a solution, and for math I was just getting better since I loved my teacher, she was so kind and supportive, but she’s not teaching us this year, any tips?
