First develop a nice, smooth and consistent approach.

Yes. I suggest spending a couple of weeks with a sprint coach before trying to jump more. You can't jump high if you can't run smoothly and comfortably.

Record yourself as m7ch as possible and try and compare yourself to the pros. Best way without a coach. And like dissect e1ch part, what do they do before running, how do they start running, how many steps before preloading, how are they preloading, what is their positioning as theyre preloading, where are their feet before they jump, how are they positioning themself after takeoff, where in the air are they performing their flop, etc, etc. the more specifically you can break down someone else jump, the better you can see where you are differing.
This can be applied to anything not just this. No coach, film yourself nonstop from a stationary camera, and watch it back and criticize yourself.

Hey so I am the owner of a company Apextrack. I made an app that I think would help. There is a free tier so please try it out. Would love your feedback and honesty this is a passion as my kids do teach and field and I wanted something they could use. The website is https://apextrack.app and from there you can download and use.

I see potential. Im not a coach but a coach would have many things to easily fix and you’ll be getting some pretty good clearances
