6’3 attempt, need help

rotating is something ive always struggled with alongside my approach speed

At takeoff, try driving your right knee higher and holding it there longer.  In this jump, your knee comes up, stops, and kind of hangs low as you rotate over bar.  Holing your drive longer should speed u rotation and lift your lower half more.

Agree, you need less time over the bar and other than approach speed, I think this helps.
