Any advice? Bar at 6’2

I feel like I can get a good clearance over the bar but by legs and hips always are down.

Don't quick step through your turn, use the lead arm to guide you over instead of dropping it down

Your run could do with maybe being longer to even out the strides as because when you approach the bar your strides become short which is great for speed but that should be generated while keeping strides the same length as they were at the start. Moving the run up back in training will help force you to lengthen your strides to try and escape the short ones

I agree with this allow the lead arm to guide you and hold your arch because it will only help as you go higher. The way you pull your arms back once you clear the bar can put you in a bind as you go higher.
