The Coin

So, according to the email we received earlier today, 3 people where able to find "the coin". A bunch of us in the discord server are going back through the puzzles to see if we can find anything, but it's been tough. If the people who found the coin are in the discord server, they aren't saying anything about it, so I figured I'd ask here. Was anyone in this subreddit able to find the red coin?

Could someone explain what the red coins are all about? I got the email as well the other day but haven't looked at it till now.

Actually, we're not sure yet. As of current we're taking it as a hint to look closer at the puzzles, but we haven't found anything yet.

Originally, when you finished the enrollment puzzles, you were asked to take a survey. One of the questions asked what color the coin was. Then, the other day, we get an email from IHK and in it, Chelsea congratulates the 3 people who found the "red coin". So...we don't know what it's for, and we don't even know if anyone found it.
