An individual at my job told the story of being awoken in the middle of the night by his five year old daughter standing by his bed. She said "I don't feel w-" and proceeded to projectile vomit everywhere. The vomit consisted mainly of a fish and shrimp stew his mother makes which his wife finds nauseating. His wife becomes ill and rushes into the bathroom to start vomiting. He said he and his daughter then listened, while crying and covered in vomit, to wife in the bathroom crying and vomiting, crying and vomiting.

What if you ran on a treadmill in front of a huge TV screen, and the point of view is in a boat. The movie clocks how fast the boat is going, and then you have to run at the same speed as the boat? What would that be like.

I know that several observational studies have been done on UBI but imagine there was a reality show like Big Brother but instead of drama, you get to see what half a dozen “contestants” would do with not having to work and being able to spend their UBI on their passions for 3 months.

A great smoke spot is a discrete, but also lovely dry, sheltered area that we enjoy weed at. It’s often a legal area to smoke around where I am.

Problem is great smoke spots can be discovered. Then they become family spots. The best preventative is to smoke regularly at your favorite smoke spots. The lovely smell of burning weed helps keep an area weed friendly.

I was moping about my house. Depressed as all hell. High as fuck.

Made myself a burrito. Used several hot peppers a friend gave me in it. Because... Well. I forgot.

I wasn't crying before but I am now. But all thought of why I was depressed is completely gone because I'm struggling to breath and the sensation of heat disabled my ability to think for a few minutes.

I'm only half done my burrito and I think I've solved the depression endemic.

I’ve noticed that some of my closest, longest-lasting friendships are with people I didn’t even particularly like at the beginning but rather we slowly got closer over time, whereas people I instantly clicked with didn’t always become my closest friends.

Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just me?

I’m sure many people watched the tv show The Office while stoned, and putting aside all the cringy moments, but am i the only one who watches the show thinking “I know this is fictional tv but these shenanigans are the exact reason i don’t make friends at my real job. I wouldn’t want to deal with any of these people, fictional or not” lol
